Entrepreneurial Lead – Data & AI Advisory

A specialised, fast-growing advisory firm in Switzerland is looking for a senior entrepreneurial profile to help build and scale a new business area at the intersection of Data, AI, business transformation and measurable client value.

This is not a pure sales role and not a purely technical expert role. It is an opportunity for someone who can open doors, advise senior decision-makers, shape high-impact projects and lead delivery with credibility.

Your impact

• Build and develop a new client-facing business area in Data & AI.
• Identify market opportunities and translate them into concrete consulting mandates.
• Advise C-level and senior business stakeholders on Data, AI and digital value creation.
• Lead complex client projects from opportunity shaping to implementation.
• Build trusted long-term client relationships.
• Gradually develop and lead a high-performing consulting team.

Your profile

• Strong background in Data, AI, Analytics, Digital Transformation or Technology Consulting.
• Proven track record in client-facing advisory, business development or mandate acquisition.
• Experience delivering complex projects with clear business impact.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with pragmatic implementation.
• Strong academic background, ideally from a leading university, ETH/EPFL or equivalent.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, commercial drive and down-to-earth leadership style.
• Fluent German and English.
