With Gieni AI, they transform large datasets into valuable insights, helping clients make smarter decisions. The company is driving forward the digital transformation of the manufacturing sector.

As the Senior Product Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement the product roadmap for Gieni AI based on strategic inputs from leadership, market analysis, and customer feedback.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to bring innovative solutions to the market.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention, and boost inbound revenue by optimising processes and creating effective growth strategies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Strong skills in data analysis, with experience in tools like Tableau, GA, or Mixpanel.
• Proven ability to lead agile teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments.
• Excellent command of English (the official working language), and good German skills are highly desired.
• Knowledge of software development is a plus.

The position offers a competitive salary in the range of CHF 110,000 to 130,000, along with flexible working arrangements, including the option to work up to two days per week from home.
